The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience working experience in relevant field.	The incumbent will be assigned to • Work in medical centre and Occupational Health Centre (OHC) and will be responsible for dispensing medications, provide medication information to patients. • Maintain accurate records of dispensed medicines, stock accuracy and expiry medicines. • Initiate action for procurement of medicines as and when required. Place of Posting-KGF/ Mysuru/ Bengaluru/ Palakkad.

PQE is the minimum relevant experience the candidate should possess after obtaining the qualification. Only the employment after obtaining the requisite qualification will be considered.

CONTRACT AND ABSORPTION

A. Staff Nurse: The incumbent shall be on contract for a period of 2 year. During this period, a consolidated stipend (all inclusive) Rs.20,500/-PM & Rs.25,500/-PM during the first year & second year of contract period will be paid respectively. On successful completion of the contract period, subject to BEML’s Business requirements at that point of time, will be absorbed in Wage Group C, in the pay scale of Rs. 18,780-67,390.

B. Pharmacist: The incumbent shall be on contract for a period of 2 year. During this period, a consolidated stipend (all inclusive) Rs.20,000/-PM & Rs.23,500/-PM during the first year & second year of contract period will be paid respectively. On successful completion of the contract period, subject to BEML’s Business requirements at that point of time, will be absorbed in Wage Group B, in the pay scale of Rs. 16,900-60,650.

Note: The absorption on successful completion of the training/ contract period is subject to BEML’s Business requirements and conditions at that point of time and is not a matter of right.

📌 General Conditions

i. Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

ii. Eligibility Date: Age, Qualification, and Experience will be considered as on 12th September 2025.

iii. Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed the prescribed qualification with 60% aggregate marks. A relaxation of 5% is applicable for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

iv. Age Relaxation:

5 years for SC/ST candidates.
3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.
10 years for PwD candidates (in addition to SC/ST/OBC relaxation).

Note: PwD candidates must have at least 40% disability to avail relaxation.

v. Reservation Certificates:

SC/ST candidates must submit a valid Caste Certificate in the prescribed Government of India format.
OBC (NCL) candidates must submit a Non-Creamy Layer OBC Certificate (not older than six months from the last date of application) along with a self-undertaking.
OBC communities must be recognized as backward classes as per DoPT OM No. 36012/22/93-Estt. (SCT) dated 08.09.1993.
Non-Creamy Layer means parents’ annual income should not exceed ₹8 lakhs in the last three consecutive years (DoPT OM No.36033/1/2013-Estt. (Res) dated 13.09.2017).
PwD candidates must submit a valid PwD Certificate in the prescribed format.
EWS candidates must submit a valid Income & Assets Certificate in the prescribed format.

vi. Verification of Eligibility: Candidates must ensure that they meet all eligibility criteria. If at any stage it is found that the candidate does not fulfill requirements or has furnished false/incorrect information, their candidature will be cancelled. Even after appointment, such cases will lead to termination without notice.

vii. Selection Criteria: Mere fulfillment of eligibility will not automatically confer the right to be called for selection/appointment.

viii. Management Rights:

To restrict the number of candidates called for selection.
To increase qualifying criteria depending on the number of applications received.
To cancel the recruitment process or advertisement at any stage.
To increase or decrease the number of vacancies as per business requirements.

ix. Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹200/- is applicable for GEN/EWS/OBC candidates. (SC/ST/PwD candidates are exempted).

x. Communication: Intimation regarding provisional offer/final offer will be sent only through the email provided in the application form. The list of shortlisted/selected candidates will also be uploaded on the company’s website.

📌 Selection Procedure

i. Notification of Exam Details

The date, time, and venue of the Written Test will be communicated to shortlisted candidates via their registered email ID.
The same information will also be available on the BEML Career Page.

ii. Written Test Format

The Computer-Based Written Test will be of 2 hours duration and consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
The test will be divided into three parts:
Part I: 20 Questions on General Awareness.
Part II: 20 Questions on English & Reasoning.
Part III: 60 Questions on the concerned discipline.
Each question carries 1 mark.
No negative marking will be applicable.

iii. Exam Centres & Admit Card

Candidates must download the Admit Card from the BEML Career Page.
Exam centres will be allotted by BEML based on availability, though candidates may indicate preferences while applying.
Candidates must appear for the written test at their own cost.

iv. Qualifying Marks

The pass marks are fixed at 60%.
A relaxation of 5% will be given to SC/ST/PwD candidates.
Selection will be strictly based on marks obtained in the written test and arranged in order of merit.

v. Document Verification (DV)

Candidates shortlisted in the merit list will be called for Document Verification in proportion to the number of posts advertised (Discipline/Category wise).
During DV, candidates must bring all original certificates/testimonials along with one set of self-attested copies, covering:
Educational qualifications
Experience certificates (if any)
Identity proof
Date of birth certificate
Caste/Category certificate (Central Govt. format, where applicable)
Only candidates meeting all advertised criteria during DV will be considered for selection.

vi. Travel Allowance (TA)

Candidates attending DV will be reimbursed Sleeper Class/II Class Train fare or Bus fare by the shortest route.
Proof of travel (original onward ticket and photocopy of return ticket) must be submitted.
If other modes of travel are used, reimbursement will be limited to the train fare by shortest route or actual expense, whichever is less.

vii. Medical Examination

Candidates found eligible after DV will receive a Provisional Offer and must undergo a Pre-Employment Medical Examination.
No relaxation in medical standards will be allowed.
Final Offer of Appointment will be issued only after medical clearance by the Company’s Doctor, as per prescribed BEML standards.
