Educational Qualification
- Post-wise qualifications, pay level and selection criteria are mentioned in Annexure-A.
- Candidates must acquire the prescribed qualification on or before 25 March 2026.
- Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must submit a valid Equivalence Certificate.
❌ Candidates having qualifications other than those prescribed will be rejected.
Reservation Policy
- Reservation will be applied as per Jammu & Kashmir Reservation Act/Rules.
- Reserved category candidates must upload valid certificates at the time of application.
- Any claim based on fake or invalid certificates will result in rejection and legal action.
Horizontal Reservation
Applicable for:
- Ex-Servicemen (ESM)
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)
Important Points:
- ESM reservation applicable up to Pay Level-6E (₹35,900 – ₹1,13,500).
- ESM candidates must submit Form-XIV and a sworn affidavit.
- Once availed, ESM reservation cannot be used again.
